Combining deep interests in landscape and architectural design, environmental stewardship, and healthy urbanism, with a “Buffet and Munger” inspired approach to real estate investing, Robert is passionate about collaborating with like-minded industry professionals to pursue sustainable infill development projects that yield healthy returns for investors.
When Robert is not thinking about architecture, community building, and proformas he enjoys hitting up local running and cycling routes, adventuring with his wife (Charlotte) and dachshund (Sherlock), or spending time with his extended family.

On the surface, Missing Middle Housing doesn’t seem like much of a contribution relative to high rise construction. However we focus here because the space and land now dedicated to this housing type is vast and therefore scalable.
We hope that others will watch us as we forge the way, and have the courage to follow in our footsteps. As a single company doing a few quality projects every year, we will not make much of a difference.
But if we can inspire a generation, then perhaps we can.
